Rates
We bill by the hour in 30 minute increments and are happy to provide cost estimates up front. Regular rates apply Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm Central time. Any work performed outside of normal hours and on holidays will be billed at 1.5 times the normal rate.
We also offer blocks of time that can be pre-purchased in advance at a discounted rate.
We know you’ll be pleased with our services, so we do not require long term contracts and you can cancel services at any time.
Warranty
Hardware and parts are warrantied by the manufacturer according to the individual manufacturer’s warranty. In the event of a hardware or part failure, Celina IT Services will provide labor at no charge for the first 60 days. After 60 days, the hardware and parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and hourly labor rates apply. Because of the nature of typical hourly work, there is no warranty on hourly work such as troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs. Hourly work is billable regardless of the outcome of the work.
